Auguri per i prossimi 10 anni!

Non amo particolarmente l'autunno, ma i suoi colori ed i suoi sapori spingono la mia memoria a correre a ritroso. Ricordo ancora con un pizzico di malinconia quella cena di nove anni fa quando un gruppo di amici decisero che è sempre meglio bere in compagnia e condividere la gioia e l'ebbrezza di un buon vino. Da allora tutti noi abbiamo forse cambiato la percezione del nostro gusto: negli anni successivi le nostre papille gustative furono prese a schiaffi in un turbinio inarrestabile di sensazioni uniche ed emozionanti.... Chiudiamo con quest'anno i primi 9 anni di bevute in compagnia. Salute!
